AALP Leadership Lecture & Reception: Imaginative Leadership in Unimaginable Times

Join us for an inspiring evening with special guest Dr. Rebecca Sutherns, as we explore how to lead with imagination to create the future we truly want.

Stepping into a future we actually want — societally, organizationally or personally — requires us to move beyond evidence and into the realm of imagination. We are more likely to physically create scenarios we have first mentally created in vivid detail. But this is not a talk about rainbows and unicorns. It’s a call to action, to draw on an underused tool in our strategic leadership toolkit to gain competitive advantage from leveraging multiple ways of knowing. By attending this event you will discover why imagination is a vital skill we must grow into, not out of, and learn how to incorporate it into your leadership toolkit.
